Deb Thompson opened Nahcotta in May of 2000 after a trip across the country inspired her to pursue her lifelong dream of opening a gallery. She loves good food, beautiful things and selling art.
Abbie Chislett joined us in 2007 and is Nahcotta's manager. She has a degree in photography, is obsessed with midcentury modern chairs, and hopes someday to have a short dog and a tall dog named Nelson and Eames respectively.
Rebecca Cox, our main writer and curator of the west coast ETA shows, has been with Nahcotta since 2002. She has a ceaseless soft spot for virtually all animals and lives in Venice, CA, where she’s immersed in interior design, writing, and championing emerging artists.
